Benefits of Membership
Membership directly supports our programs while fostering community and cultural connections.
The Center was opened on March 8, 1975 by a dedicated group in the Irish community of San Francisco and has provided a venue for many social, educational, and business gatherings and events. With the support of your membership, we will continue to provide a gathering place for current and future generations to participate in the activities that promote Irish culture and heritage.
Membership offers you many benefits, including:
- Event Discounts – Discounts and seating options on special UICC-sponsored Events
- Room Rental Discounts – Special rates for room/space rentals and associated expenses
- Online Subscriptions: – Access to the online UICC Newsletter and Events mailing List
- Members-Only Events – Access to Member-only events throughout the year
- Voting Privileges – Voting privileges at General Meetings
- Board Eligibility – An opportunity to run for Board of Directors and shape the future of The Center

Membership FAQs
What are the payment options?
We offer annual or monthly recurring memberships for both individuals and couples. Choose the best option for you, and our system will automatically charge you monthly or annually as requested. If you need to cancel, you may do so at any time by calling Membership at 415-661-2700 or by email at membership@irishcentersf.org.
I don't know my member number. Where can I find it?
You can use the Contact Us form on this page; please include any information we can use to find your record, including former addresses. You can also call Membership at 415-661-2700 or email membership@irishcentersf.org and we will locate it for you.
I just signed up for a new membership. How do I get my member number?
New Members will receive a Welcome letter in the postal mail within a few days; this will include your membership card and member number.
Am I up to date on my dues?
Again, please use the Contact Us form on this page, and include any information we can use to find your record, including former addresses. You can also call Membership at 415-661-2700 or email membership@irishcentersf.org and we can check your record for you.
How does the dues schedule work?
Your dues schedule is based on the date you join and which payment method you choose. If you join today and choose annual billing, your renewal date will be one year from today. If you choose a monthly membership, your payment will process on your join date each month.
