The UICC Generations
The UICC Generations Fund was established to enhance the facilities of the UICC and to continue to provide and promote cultural programs to solidify the Center’s role as an enduring home for the preservation of Irish culture, heritage and brotherhood in San Francisco and the San Francisco Bay Area.
The Leo Walsh Scholarship Program
Since 1994, the Leo Walsh Scholarship Program has awarded more than 670 scholarships to eighth graders and high school seniors entering the next level of their education. Through the hard work of volunteers, especially its founder Leo Walsh, the program has grown immensely over the years
The Patrick J. Dowling Library
The Patrick J. Dowling Library, located on the ground floor of the UICC, contains more than 3,000 titles on Ireland and Irish America: Archaeology, Architecture, Art, Biography, Cooking, Crafts, Genealogy, History, Immigration, Literature, Music, Mythology & Folklore, Religion, Sports, and Travel.
The UICC 2025 Project Fund
The UICC 2025 Project Fund The 2025 Project is a UICC Capital Campaign for the construction of a new UICC Center at its current San Francisco location. This donation shall be allocated as follows: first to the pre-construction costs of the 2025 Project, second to all costs of the 2025 Project, and third to UICC’s general fund to pay its general operating & program expenses. Any portion of this donation that remains after such allocations shall be retained for use at UICC’s discretion.
The United Irish Cultural Center, Inc. is a 501(c)3* non-profit corporation in the City and County of San Francisco. The Center welcomes all donations of any kind, as those funds allow the Center to continue its goal of promoting Irish values and culture. Thank you for keeping your Center in mind.
