Join acclaimed Irish vocalist and educator Edel Meade for an uplifting 8-week journey exploring the magic of sean-nós and folk songs from Cork, Kerry, Connemara, Donegal, Tipperary & beyond. These timeless songs, passed down through generations, hold the echoes of Ireland’s rich history, deep emotions, and soul-stirring beauty.

Singing in the old style is more than just learning notes and words—it’s about feeling the rhythm of the music, connecting with ancestral wisdom, and embracing the joy of storytelling through song. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced singer, this course welcomes all who are drawn to the power of music and Irish culture.

Expect a warm, supportive space where you’ll learn songs in Irish (Gaelic) and English and discover the depth of Ireland’s oral tradition, and experience the sheer joy of raising your voice in harmony with centuries of singers before you. Classes are taught in English and include video recordings, so you can revisit the material in your own time. Come sing, connect, and let your heart soar with the music of Ireland!
