Friends, a chairde: Celebrate the holiday season by participating in the 2nd annual To Be Irish at Christmas, an online celebration of Ireland’s unique culture and people, which runs from the 8th through the 23rd of December 2021.

Many of you are doing truly inspired work producing seasonal events: Irish shoppes, Christmas shows, concerts, and holiday fairs. Take a minute to share your event, or list your retail business, and help create worldwide support for local and Irish businesses by registering here.

And consider sharing your stories of hearth, health and home with the Extraordinary Stories online program. Extraordinary Stories gathers Irish people around the world through photographs, videos, poems or podcasts and links our far-flung, yet deeply connected community together to celebrate and reflect on the year that was.

The deadline is Wednesday 1st December, so don’t wait: take a look at the guidelines, share your scéalta, and add another thread to the vibrant, multimedia tapestry that emerges when we gather together.
