Named for Irish accordion players Joe Cooley and Kevin Keegan, the San Francisco branch was started in the early 1970’s. Since that time, we have played a major role in keeping Irish traditions alive in Northern California. The Cooley-Keegan branch is a nonprofit organization and one of over 400 branches worldwide and host and sponsor many events at the UICC as one of our proud community partners.
